That is SO lovely. Bless their hearts! Tell us all about it after won't you.
My mum is always doing the sweetest stuff for me and I wish I could do what your parents are doing for you for her.
We're so lucky to have parents like ours SpringChicken. I wish everyone was so lucky.
Have a great time and thanks for telling us about it - it's made me smile which is what I need today - more smiles

Thomcat, have you forgotten about her wedding surprise already? You do do lovely things for her!

Springchicken, yours sound wonderful too. You are lucky (and so will your baby be )

kayleigh · 10/12/2003 19:01

I'm another cynic who assumed that that thread title just HAD to be sarcastic.
You are a very lucky lady SpringChicken. Sounds fabulous !

Hi Janh - no I hadn't forgotten, and bless YOU for remembering , I just want to do it more often. Wish I could send her away on holiday or fill every room with vase upon vase of flowers, or something. I'm not brilliant at showing her how much I appreciate her, not very good at all and I'd love to treat her more often to help express my deep gratitude, love and respect.
But I'm skint so maight have to resort to just hugging her and writing something nice in her Xmas card which I know she'll like just as much
