10year anniversary getting me down

Realiss apart from kids been the shittest ten years of my life. Won't split cus of kids and dnt want anyone else just hate my life with him :-(
I think the tenth anniversary has come like a slap in the face and making me feel really down.

Why do you hate your life with him?

If you feel that bad, then it's ridiculous to stay because of the children. You only get one life and you're wasting it. The kids will be fine.

Do you your dc don't know that you hate your life with him? Do you want to subject them or yourself to another 10 years with him?

You can have a far better quality of life on your own with your dc that staying with a man you loathe or despise. .

Make it your turning point to get rid. You're not doing the kids any favours by staying, you really aren't. If he's abusive, then they are being exposed to his abuse (even if he's the sort that only hits or verbally attacks when they are out of the room, the atmosphere of your fear and his nasty satisfaction will affect them); if he's an OK human being that you don't love then the kids will pick up on an atmosphere of vague but persistent discontent, and worry that it's their fault.
