Just thinking out loud, really... Does reading about others' relationship problems make you more aware of shortcomings in your own?
I have big probs with mine and wonder whether this board makes me feel worse because I prefer not to do anything about it. Yet... I suspect. I will at some point, I'm sure.
Or do we read with a bit of 'there but for the grace...'
All so hard to know. This endless navel gaZing can't be healthy, surely?

Lost think I'm here for similar reasons to you. I'm still coming to terms with the fact that my NSDH is not the man I thought he was but our relationship is still in its death throes. This board opened my eyes and I've had so much fantastic support already. I'm only starting to realise just how unhappy I am, so to me it feels like this page is making our relationship worse only in the sense that I'm not putting up with so much of his shit anymore. Hope that makes sense. I hope I can someday be in the position to give others support here.

Sorry you're feeling so crap :( I just came back on here today to post, have been feeling pretty bad too (am currently coping with STI and pregnancy my thread is marriage one year after affair). I think about you quite a lot - like you're me in a parallel universe?! Hoping for good endings for us both, though not happening at the moment :( xx
