In need of a mantra

I am at the begining of a journey to rid myself of my sorry excuse of a husband. I have a thread on here detailing the crap he has put me through.
When my head is going to boil or when I'm in my weakest moments, I could do with something positive to repeat to help keep me strong.

Has anyone got any good mantras or positive words to say to yourself to get you through a break up and not look back?

Stand in front of the mirror and say 'I am strong, I am powerful and I can conquer ANYTHING'

Amazingly if you do that a few times a day and carry on doing that, you will feel yourself getting stronger.

"I can't have the life that I want if I'm living the life that I am" was mine :)

"Let us not look back in anger, or forward in fear, but around us in awareness."

I have read your thread and hope that the above mantra will be helpful to you. I wish you all the luck in the world.

Many thanks for these. The fool is on his way over to see the children, it will be the first time I have seen him in a few days. So I am going to try these out x
