Book on surviving emotional abuse?

A close friend has just been divorced by their emotionally abusive OH. They are only just starting to accept that they were abused for the last 10 years and self-respect is at rock-bottom. Are there any good books on learning to accept what's happened and overcome emotional abuse?

I don't know about overcoming. But there is a book by LundyBancroft called why does he do that? That could be a good book to just put straight in her mind what he was like. Just to prove to her she wasn't going mad and to cement any niggling doubts she may have about him.

Thanks everyone. I'll have a skim through and see if there's anything that would be spot on.
