we had a physical argument about 3 weeks ago, he doesn't beat me, he has been suffering from severe stress and depression now for about a year and this happened because of that. I won't let it happen again

so what have women's aid said ? What does your H think, does he accept that he needs help to stop his behaviour spiralling ?

h doesn't know yet and WA are going to phone me on mon to see when they can come and see me (by thenI'll know when H is working
