ive read all of the book

in the second part it advises u to confront your parents

im currently not speaking to my dad

has anyone else read the book and been in this situation

at the moment i really dont want to see him

I read it a long time ago and thought this was one of the suggestions. Doesn't it also suggest you could write to your parent instead of actually seeing them?
