Relationship Counselling

I posted a thread earlier in the AIBU bit:

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1416066-AIBU-to-be-fed-up-and-upset

and the upshot is I really think I need to bring up counselling again for me and DP. The thing is, it's highly likely he won't go, at least at first (I mean I'll have to find someone and go to at least the first session or two before he might join me). Has anyone else done this? and even if DP takes ages to come round would it still be helpful to me?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes. Solo counseling sessions will be beneficial to you, including to clarify some of the workings of your relationship and how you wish to tackle them.

Thanks hotDAMN, had another long discussion with DP last night and it looks like he will be coming with me after all.
