You broke me now I can't feel anything...

I used to play this soooo loud in the car on my way home to remind myself not to love him anymore Sad

Think I might have reached the other side as realised tonight I hadn't played it in ages.

What song gets you through the seperation process?

Not a break up but 'Ten Storey Love Song' by the Stone Roses has got me through a personal tragedy. First verse below:

When your heart is black and broken
And you need a helping hand
When you're so much in love
You don't know just how much you can stand
When your questions go unanswered
And the silence is killing you
Take my hand baby, i'm your man
I got love enough for two

Shout - tears for fears

Shout, shout, let it all out
These are the things I can do without
Come on, I'm talking to you . . . . . . .

BuckBuck Ex factor by Lauren Hill and that whole album reminds me of a really really awful break up. I cried buckets over that album! Gah! Reading your post really brought back memories. But that was a sad one for me, not an uplifting one.

More reflective and uplifting or angry ones are:
'Bad Love' Eric Clapton
'Irreplaceable' Beyonce
'Rolling in the deep' Adele
'Cry me a River' Justin Timberlake
'Smile' Lilly Allen
'Kissing you Goodbye' The Pierces (think that's their name)

and of course 'These boots are make for walking' Nancy Sinattra
