god i so know what you mean - my dh is the same. i know it sounds boring but try to just leave it until you don't feel so pissed off about it (or he will say how you are nagging - that old chestnut).
i find that if i have a go when i am all fired up i end up going off on one and it makes things worse.
men are fucking useless - i know that is a sweeping statement but not many men prove me wrong!!
