Evening all!

Just want someone to give me a slap basically. I met a wonderful guy on pof, we've had 6 AMAZING dates in three weeks including valentines day which was so lovely.

We've both deleted our pof accounts, told each other repeatedly how much we like each other and don't want to date anyone else, talk every day. But I'm worried my feelings are developing far far too fast. I'm 24, he's 31 both been single around 2years. I'm scared I'm gonna end up acting like a lovesick knob. Should I be playing it more cool? If so how? I'm a massive loser right now!

I agree with what mooncupandpizza said... enjoy, go out, have some fun and see what happens the only thing I will say about meeting people on line, as apposed to meeting them through friends is that you know very little about them, including their background, and only have their word on things, so yes, do have that radar on..

I also met my partner on pof... he proposed after about 4 dates, that was nearly 2 and a half years ago and we're planning our wedding next year..

I don't think there is anything wrong with rushing, when it feels right, it feels right! My DP and I met and he moved to the UK with me after 3 months of dating and we have been together 5 years, baby due in May and are getting married in 3 weeks. It has been a whirlwind, but I wouldnt change anything :)

Update!: I know nobody else cares but im just so so happy. 9 dates in 4 weeks and on Sunday he asked if we could make it official We then slept together for the first time which was amazing I'm so glad we didn't rush. For anyone sceptical about online dating, there are some pretty good guys on there and I've got one. [cringe emoticon]
