Im unable to have surgery as my husband and I have split up a odd question I know will this affect my claim ...

You haven't given enough information for any opinion to be formed.

Are you scheduled to have surgery in the near future but are implying that you will have to cancel or rearrange the date because you'll have no-one to care for you post-op?

Is your 'claim' in some way reliant on your need for surgery or are you referring to a claim for legal aid?
