Thread for children of step parents?

I was wondering if there's a thread about children of step parents in the same vein as the stately homes thread? I was brought up by grandparents/father after my mum died when I was one, and then by my father/stepmother after they married. The stately homes thread and the other thread about parents spiteful words don't seem to have anyone with an issue with step parents on them and I'm not sure if I fit there IYSWIM?

my mother left when I was born. I was raised by relatives until my father remarried and then I lived with him and my step mother...it wasn't the best of experiences.
