Shared custody - exH moving

House for sale and hopefully will sell (soon??????). exH getting married in April and we share custody of DS. However, exH refuses to tell me where abouts in the UK he's planning to live. Surely he can't do that can he???? ConfusedAngry

If not see you In court, he will look pretty silly I court shouting the odds but then having to explain he won't realise his address

You definitely have a right to know where your DS will be spending time... And if he's moving far away you may need to renegotiate the time he. Spends with each of you.

Would some mediation be a good idea?
