How do i get my sex drive back?

Hi, this is my first baby 4months old and since having my LO i have had zero sex drive i love my partner dearly and do not want to be with anyone else but the thought of sex makes me feel sick i just dont want it anymore. my partner has a high sex drive and is finding it very hard. can anyone offer any advice to help me because i feel if it carries on i may lose him :(. xx

I'm afraid the best advice is to 'just do it'... hopefully you'll enjoy it when you get going.

We all get caught up with the belief that we should always desire sex before we get going, but if you love your DP and want to be intimate with him you might need to accept that you get going and desire/arousal will follow.....
