Queer as Folk was veeeeery sexy! Aidan Gillen was just sex on legs in that show. I remember thinking it didn't matter who/what they were, it was just two beautiful people naked together. And the sex looked really good too.

Problem with Brokeback Mountain was that the two guys were just dull as shit. Their whole relationship was awkward and a bit pathetic (in the literal sense).

Whereas the fun thing about Gillen in Queer as Folk was that he was fun, unashamedly sexual and knew he was gorgeous. The sex scenes definitely reflected that.

DH would be horrified if he knew I watched brokeback mountain. Heath Ledger so vulnerable yum. Have to get queer as folk on you tube to watch and what the fuss is about lol. Obv when alone
