I went to a wedding on Wednesday. Had a brilliant time, it was one of my oldest friends so there were a fair number of people there that I knew. I got chatting to a chap there and we had a bit of a dance and a flirt. Nothing happened apart from a little peck on the cheek at the end of the night. He's added me as a friend on FB- that was yesterday but hasn't sent a message.

Would it be a good idea just to send a little friendly message to say hello or should I just leave it?

Just send a message saying it was great to catch up with him again and say we must do it again soon and not leave it so long next time. That way it leaves the door open for him to say something, hopefully nice.

Send a friendly message saying 'Thanks for the Add' or something

More info needed - such as are you single? Is he single?

If there's chemistry there, and you're both free agents, it could be fun to pursue. If you're in a relationship, best leave well alone I think - unless you think your life needs a new male friend who's flirty with you? And if he has a partner, again, avoid.

Simples. :)

I've been single for a year, not even a date (how sad is that??!!) He says he's single and his FB seems to confirm this although he is friends with the groom so this would be easy enough to verify!!

I am definitely tempted to send a message. I guess a friendly one can't do any harm and if he doesn't reply then at least I know for definite where I stand.
