Feel sick

Found out ex had been cheating for last few monthes before we broke up. He sent me a message on my sons birthday that was obviously meant for her. I crashed my car last week and as he is the owner and I am only the named driver I asked im to help me get it sorted this week. He said he was visiting his parents, just rang his mum and he is with his girlfriend with his phone switched off.
I feel physically ill, keep throwing up. I have lost a stone already through the stress and am on antidepressants.
Ds has his school play tomorrow and I am going as are my parents and he will be there. I am feeling stressed just thinking of seeing him.
Ds 2 is off school ill and I am supposed to go to the job centre tomorrow, they have not paid me for 8 weeks.
I feel like I am falling apart.

Poor you! That is a LOT to be carrying at once.

Are you getting counselling along with the ADs?

School play: try to rise above it; ignore him. And if your emotions get the better of you, that's ok too.

He is your ex: find whatever it is you need to do to process the anger and the grief, and let him go. I've see the Divorce Recovery Workshop recommended on another thread.

No, I am not having counselling. I probably need it though!
I was doing well and getting on with my life, I could cope with it when things were on an even keel and now I feel like im back to square one.
I feel like such a mug, I even lent him my credit card last week.
I recieved a bill today from electric saying its not been paid and he needs to ring them as its still in his name. Feel like going round to his house and paying a visit on him and his girlfriend.
God,I must have cracked some mirror last year!
