How do I tell DS daddy's moved out?

DP is moving out tonIght. It hasn't been working there's fault both sides but I don't know how to tell DS. He's 2.8 and worships his dad. DD is too little to understand but DS is going to be devestated

Well, its not just your news. Your DP and you should tell him together in simple language. Just decide beforehand what your joint message should be and how the conversation will be.

He will probably be upset so really he needs you two on the same page and not being upset / angry for yourselves. When he's gone to bed call your Mum or your friend or whoever is the right person and have a cry/rant then.
