childcare vouchers and separation

Can anyone help - my husband and I are separating and we've got 2 young children. We both currently use childcare vouchers through our jobs but does anyone know if these are counted towards child maintenance payments, as they're taken at source before take-home pay?? Would be grateful for any advice, thanks!

They could be yes.

i know they affect child tax credit so i would say yes for yourself - depending on your financial situation it may be better for you to drop them in favour of child tax credit - this is something you need to look into in depth

Thanks for replies, need to look into the whole question of tax credits - joy!
