Separation advice

DBil and DSil have decided to split up, they have been married for about 6 years. Dh has been speaking to both of them and has suggested counselling before they make a final break. Relate are the obvious choice but do they help manage the break up as well with say legal advice as well as emotional help? Can anyone recommend any other organisations for help in this way?
I suspect that there will not be a reconciliation and perhaps what they need is someone outside the family who can advise impartially.
TIA

Sorry can't really make a suggestion but Relate are more for relationship counselling rather than legal/financial advice. Perhaps they need a Mediation Service?
Sorry if no use
