How reliable is entitledto?

I know it's an estimation but how accurate is it?

I've always found it to be pretty much spot on.

Are you worried about relying on the results?

You can also phone the tax credits people and do an 'in principle' calculation without giving personal details.

I found it to be accurate for tax credits, but not at all for housing benefit or council tax benefit.

Not sure if that helps, and tbh never found an accurate alternative either. Several of my friends have been to the job centre to have a better off calculation and found that the housing and council tax benefit they predict doesn't match the reality either.

H and I are separating but until i can manage financially he won't leave the home and i obviously can't find somewhere else with the DCs.

Tax Credits won't change for me anyway according to entitledto anyway.
