Really need to sort out our sex life, please help!

me and dh havent had sex for weeks.
Its not that i dont want it, or dont find him attractive because i do. Its just that when he initiates sex its like throwing a bucket of cold water over me. His repotoire consists of
Fancy a bit?
Any chance of a play?

You get the picture!

Thing is, we are not tactile at all, he kisses me goodbye in the morning but thats it. So theres nothing thst makes me feel close to him in that way IYKWIM.
i wish we could have a kiss, or cwtch without it leading to anything on a daily basis, because it might lead to sex more often.

Has anyone else had this in their relationship and found a solution? Any advice to get it right would be great thanks

DH and I are in a right old rut too.
I just can't be bothered, it is just not something that occurs to me. How can it, how do people find the time to fantasise about it/get themselves in the mood when they have children on the go all day long (mine are 5 and 3)?
I honestly can't see how.
Perhaps, no, DH and I really need to be more touchy feely but, again, I am fearful of it that it will set him off and an argument or huff will happen when he doesn't get it.
Even cuddles and a bit of sexy talk (from him) has him convinced he is on a promise.
Then he is horribly disappointed when I am no longer feeling that way hours later.

I think we need some sort of counselling too but have no idea how to get it. Do you go to the doc and get referred? Cos there is no way we can afford anything like that. Not even sure it is available in the back of beyond anyway.
