we didnt know if women only came when they have an orgasm or can they come with out one ?

Some women can ejaculate though although it's not very common.
Generally orgasms and coming are one and the same.

Women don't ejaculate as a rule when they orgasm. A few do, but most don't. Wetness when having sex is vaginal lubricant caused by arousal which can often happen leading up to orgasm. The idea that women gush wet as they orgasm is a myth (as a rule, as I say, some women do ejaculate liquid, but again, not always at the moment of orgasm, and of course, woman's levels of natural lubrication can vary wildly)

It sounds as though you think that women's arousal and orgasm works the same way a man's does. Men ejaculate to aid sperm in their attempt to reach an egg. Women secrete to aid arousal and sexual intercourse. As such women produce wetness from the start of arousal without necessarily having an orgasmic gush, whereas men remain mostly dry until the moment of orgasm.
