if dh says he is going to a music concert on his own, should i assume he is lying, does a bloke go to a concert on his own? (going to see adele by the way). If it was me and i was lying i wouldnt have mentioned i was going at all. thoughts anyone?

Yeah he's gonna be going with another person.... I'm sorry but men dont just go to see Adele by themselves.

IF he is going by himself, he's weird... best rid of him

Go out for a girlie night the same night he's off doing whatever it is he is... go and have some fun and forget the loser!!

Have you both agreed you won't date because it is a trial separation?
Or does he think he is single and you don't?

If not then it is none of your business.

Depends if he used to go to concerts on his own before you split up, or before you met. Separated or not, I think I'd like to know too (purely being nosey).

Mh85 - it's not weird to go to concerts on your own. I used to go to most things by myself - it was either that or not go at all.

I'm not going to ask why it bothers you if you are separated -you may have your reasons, I will, however, try to answer it on its own IYSWIM.

It is possible that he is a huge fan of Adele's, enough to make him go on his own. I've done it; gone to concerts on my own. It is possible.

You are right, though, if he was going with somebody else and he didn't want you to know, why mention it in first place? Unless he thinks you will find out about it through a third party?

My mum does cos she is too embarrassed to admit to still liking westlife. We dont have enough info to say if her ex would or wouldn't go to a concert alone so it's dangerous to just say 'people dont usually ...' because this guy just might
