it's pretty much always usually a silly idea isn't it? As a general rule of thumb?

Yes Smile

Rarely works out.

An ex is usually an ex for a good reason

MitchiestInge · 05/09/2011 22:31

yes yes yes

easy to forget, also get on so well - but that's probably because we aren't together isn't it?

Depends why you split.

chocolateyclur · 05/09/2011 22:40

Depends.

I married my on again off again ex. It took us 10 years and many mistakes to get it right.

MitchiestInge · 05/09/2011 22:41

that's a long time, he's quite old

maybe I should make new mistakes with someone my own age

Ex-sex is great though - You know what you both like and the pillowtalk is usually good value - But it messes with your mind something bad. :(

HauntedLittleLunatic · 05/09/2011 22:42

I guess you learn from your mistakes and therefore if you are both prepared to learn then I guess it could be better than ever.

If the breakk-up involved issues with trust in any way I would say - personally- I wouldn't even try...

MitchiestInge · 05/09/2011 22:47

some ex-sex would be just the thing

am getting bored of having sex with myself allllllllll the time
