I was seeing this guy - but he lived at home & getting him to meet up at the weekends was a nightmare as he was tied to his mums apron strings. then out of the blue he dumped me by text - saying I had to forget him, which i did. Then out of the blue I saw him at a DIY store - I was nice to him as i had my little one with me, he helped me out in the store as he said he had time and he gave me his business card & then he gave us a lift back into town. he then came to my house about 10pm and said he had missed me, as he has been on other dates and they have no connection. To my regret today we ended up in bed together last night. before he went he asked me to text him -my reply was I am not sure, he seemed dissapointed with that. shame he let me down and the grass in not always greener.

and your question is ?

should you get back together with him ?

I have a question for you

were you ever "together" in the first place ?

it doesn't sound like it....

pinkglitter · 14/08/2011 23:45

it as mainly during the week not at the weekend.

Are you sure he lives with his mother? (that in itself is slightly worrying, especially spending all his weekends with her).
I suspect he may be married.

SirSugar · 15/08/2011 12:27

I will eat my hat if hes not married

Mumofjz · 15/08/2011 12:46

how long did you have a "relationship" for and did you socialise together - i'm kinda gathering not as you mention a child - if he isn't married, make it harder for him to get you into bed, make him court you - how old are you both?

buzzsore · 15/08/2011 15:30

If he's telling the truth and it is that he's tied to his mum's apron strings, I'd still back off like a million miles! Sounds like a right no-hoper.

What did he give you his business card for? Does he have a work phone and a private one?

He just turned up at 10.00pm? That's a bit late isn't it? Without prior warning.

Have you send him a text, has he replied.

Do you know for a fact he lives with his "mother"

Think he's either married or a player to be honest honey.
