Can anyone tell me if damiana the aphrodisiac actually works. Just curious as my dh has purchased some to try to get our sex life back on track

Defo look at the other thread - i brought it but gives me a horrendous tummy ache, the pains are awful although i am trying to keep up with it just in case. Can't say its done much yet
