living in same house as STBXH and it's doing me in. He is constantly nagging on, bullying, messing with my stuff, locking me out of rooms, preventing me from parking, and refusing to leave. He could afford to. We have dcs, it's not nice for them. I'm so jealous of people who split up and the xp moves out straight away. Solicitor agrees his behaviour is pathetic but not enough for a court order.

Sad for you. Unfortunately you can't make him act better.

I take it you would move out if you could? It's the only way you can be sure of being free of his jackassery -- that's got to be worth some financial discomfort at this point, if it's at all conceivable.
