my family needs advice

granddaughter is cutting herself off from us and breaking my daughters heart .she is of age, left home, and has written to say she is getting married in a fortnights time and moving far away. allthis is todo with a quarrel with one of her sisters two years ago. what can we say or do to make her see we love her?

Tell her that you love her and keep the door open.

I agree with TheMitsfordsMaid keeping the door open and letting her know you are always there to love and care for her is all you can do on your part. The rest is up to her. She will come around in time.
