Finding deleted internet history

From browsing here in the past, I know people have said it's possible to find what's been deleted from an internet history.

I found out last night that my partner has been looking at porn and dating sites. He has always claimed to have high moral standards, and has said in the past that he would never lie, would tell the truth no matter how awful it might be, and has never ever cheated. However, when I asked him last night whether he'd been looking at dating sites (my daughter saw it on his laptop and told me), he blatantly lied to me about it, saying it was a scam email he'd inadvertantly opened. I demanded to see his internet history, which showed he'd been looking at lots of women on dating sites and at porn. Only then when he'd been backed into a corner did he admit it. We've had problems with our sex life for a while, and he claims he was looking at these things to see if it would kick-start a sexual reaction for him, as he has trouble getting aroused.

He also claims he has only looked at these things over the last few months and on a very irregular basis. His internet history only goes back two days, but he denies that he has deleted it. I just can't believe anything he says right now, and if anyone can tell me how I can find out what he's looked at and deleted, it would help me to know if I should be giving him a chance to explain, or if I'm being a gullible arse and should tell him where to go now.

Best and most effective way is to go into control panel and go back to the last system restore point. This will move your pc back to last time there was a significant change. Chances are all the i.e. history will be there to view.

To see forward - Create a system restore point daily and just go back to it and keep it quiet.. ;)

google Flash player manager select privercy manager and go to the tab with 2 heads, it will show some of the sites that he has been on even if using private browsing.

'We've had problems with our sex life for a while, and he claims he was looking at these things to see if it would kick-start a sexual reaction for him, as he has trouble getting aroused.' That's probably a lie. They all say the same things. And the rest of what he says is probably a lie too.

No matter what you find, it's your feelings about what you find that matter, not the quantity or 'quality', and also your feelings about deceit. (Trust, in other words).
