Can't believe dh said this.I mentioned that we needed to spend some time with just the two of us,(I've been feeling a bit down lately),and suggested a "date".He reeled this statement off then realised what he'd said ,we both joked about it,then I thought about it and Am appaled. Am I being over sensitive?

He's a man. They are willy-led. Sad but true. Try not to take it to heart - he still loves you, but wouldn't feel a 'date' was complete without a shag at the end.

yeh ,guess I'm just angling for an argument.We've been married 17 years now and I think we need to start spending more time together as a couple.With a toddler and ateenager we never seem to be alone anymore

good point sally,atleast he still wants it!

We did go to the pub tonight even though I'm heavily on at the mo,he managed to still enjoy my company
