What do I do if he refuses to talk?

Had a bit of a run in with dh last night, he was in a foul mood so I thought I'd leave him to it and hope that he'd decompress after work. To cut a long story short, he didn't, and then at 11.00 finally acknowledged my existance and complained I hadn't talked to him and said he was off to bed. I tried to explain my reasoning, but he said he wasn't arguing at this hour and went to bed.
I slept downstairs as I was fuming that it had all become my fault, but this morning he is acting like nothing happened. I asked for some explanation to which he just shrugged his shoulders. He never discusses any disagreement, we don't have that many but I'm pissed off he can be a twat and then think he can carry on as normal. What do I do?

Oh dear. Can't offer any advice, in fact I will be interested to follow your replies as my husband is exactly the same. Blows up, won't say sorry even if it is his fault and then pretends like it never happened. If I bring an issue up again he shrugs and says its in the past now, look to the future. Very infuriating!
So not much help here, but you are not alone!

I may be misunderstanding the sequence of events, but it sounds as though you both shut each other out, with him engaging in tit for tat?
