Love is a verb

Thought i'd share this thought......

if you are afraid of your relationship failing because you dont love your spouse, then choose to love him/her. I read this on Steven Covey's 7 Habits book sometime back. Had a recent crises of my own and i said to myself i chose to love my (gorgeous, wonderful, caring but boring) hubby because he is the one for me for various reasons (all noted down and thought out).

Thanks.Needed to hear that and will look up the book-think I've come across it some time ago.DH hurt me very badly last year but I need/want to move on.He's been truly remorseful and done all he can to re-build things but I've been putting up big barriers and in a way choosing not to love him.Just your few words spoke clearly to me. I'm tired of feeling resentful and sad-maybe it's time to choose loving and happy the way I used to be.Thak you!
