Mad!! He was away last night, he came back this evening and immediately started ranting at the kids! 'Your bags are in the way, put your PE kit in the wash' bla bla bla... The fireworks that we had to postpone coz of the rain are still on hold so great disappointment.
He really is great around the house but HE'S DOING MY HEAD IN
Now,he has even made a chart for which days the kids showered and washed their hair and marks it off accordingly!!!!
Maybe the fact he got a letter from the police because he was caught on camera going 35mph in a 30mph speed limit AND he bashed the car (Jag) on a post today????
Oh help.... and thanks for listening

Do a similar star chart for him with a list of his annoying behaviour, if he doesn't do any annoying behaviour you can reward him with a star and a GOOD WORK sticker!

Mine comes home and goes straight to the fridge to rearrange it,before then pushing all my toiletries aside to make room for his.
He really shoud be army......

Chart sounds pretty nuts....

Oh and that.
Even when legless and barely able to stand.

Kittiekat · 10/11/2005 21:26

Oh glad it's not just mine.... Sometimes he hasn't even taken his coat off, picks up the tea towel and starts drying the things on the draining board!!! HHmmm me thinks OCD

So why not leave the house in a complete mess so he can clean it when he comes home? As he's only gonna clean over what you've done, you might as well make it worth his while!

Roobie · 10/11/2005 21:39

My dh makes a beeline for the kitchen before he has even taken his coat off and starts wiping surfaces ..... as you can imagine this is not the slightest bit annoying of course!!

BudaBabe · 10/11/2005 21:43

Mine is breathing! That in itself is enough to drive me mad.

moondog · 10/11/2005 21:45

Kittiekat and roobie..maybe we all share the same dh..?

Rhubarb · 10/11/2005 21:46

Yeah, do you know where he is going when he is away? Perhaps he has 2 secret lives???? Wouldn't it be weird if you all found out that you were married to the same man?

moondog · 10/11/2005 21:47

Exactly!
Mine is in Ankara from Saturday for four days.
Does it tally with a visit home??

Kittiekat · 11/11/2005 00:00

Well it's certainly worth thinking about!! Does he snore and call you 'Mum'??????

miniminx · 11/11/2005 09:47

Blimey - I wish mine would wipe a few surfaces from time to time .

Although I can see that the way in which yours are doing it would be a wind up.

moondog · 11/11/2005 10:08

lol k!
No,or he would be banished!
