Hi

As far as I know relate online over over the phone, you have to pay for, but, relate at centre's, offices etc is free, but you may have to wait a short while, depending on where you live.

Try going to your GP first, they can often refer you on NHS, but it does take a little while to get your first appointment sometimes.

winnie · 04/11/2005 19:35

starshaker as the nearest relate is so far away it may be usefully to see your gp or go to CAB & they may know of something locally.

he has always just had to think about himself. his mum is an alcoholic (hasnt drank for about a year due to dd) he had to look after her when she had a stroke and anurism. he then moved in with me when dd was due and has found it hard cos his pay is crap (gets 130 for working 89 hours a week and no im not kidding) he wont get a new job cos he feels it will end up killing his dad he worries all the time about money me and dd. its getting me really down and makes me feel he would be better off back at home where he would just need to worry about himself
