Too much shite

I feel like all DH and I do is bicker. He shouts too much, puts me down, complains about my low wages, and last night he hit my head with the door. I'm sick of it. Nothing I do is ever right according to him.

Why are you still with tthis abusive man then?
He assaults you both emotionally and physically
Make him leave

MilkandWine · 20/04/2011 15:57

He hit your head with the door? Bloody hell LoopyLiz, that is totally out of order and I am afraid if it has come to that then you are the victim of DV and this man is dangerous.

He complains about YOUR low wages? What about that he is earning? Does he even work?

manticlimactic · 20/04/2011 16:10

Read the thread on AIBU for how he hit her head on the door. He didn't get her head and bang it into it.

rainbowinthesky · 20/04/2011 16:12

Well, there is only one answer. You either stay and continue to be abused or you leave.

BertieBotts · 20/04/2011 17:03

I think she described it fine, going by the AIBU thread. She didn't say "He got my head and banged it against the door", she said "He hit my head with the door". Which, unless it was accidental, is a violent thing to do.
