Im looking for some help.
Im 28yrs old and have two children dd 5 and ds 18mth.the problem is i just dont have the urge to have sex anymore! I have a very busy live i work in an airport so im up at 3am and sometimes not in bed till the kids go to sleep on a night.Even when i do have time off i seem to just sleep the days away.
I totally love my partner to bits but i just cant answer him why i dont feel like having sex.has anyone else been through this and what did they do??

Darling you've got two little, little children and you are up for work at 3am. I can totally understand why you don't want sex!! Can you set time aside for a less busy day and maybe make it special, see if you have have the kids babysat, special time with your partner - just to get you back into the mood?

You are physically exhausted, and the first thing to suffer is going to be your sex life. All your body wants to do is rest as much as possible as it is under so much strain, with your work and your children there is seriously no time left to even think about sex.

It's normal.

Sex starts a long time outside the bedroom especially for women and everything has to be just so.

Try to set some time aside for just you and your partner.

At present what time do you actually have to feel sexy?

Thanks ladies! I've tried to explain this to my partner but he thinks I must b getting it form somewhere else.
I never really have time for anything let alone sexy time!
