Are we just friends?

Hi all, I've lurked for yonks here, but I've really not sure what to do now.

I've met this really hot guy, and we've known each other for a couple of years. We get on really well, he gets on great with Georgia (my little girl, she's 2 now) and we have fun.

The thing is, I don't know if he's interested or not? He's well off, he buys me presents, he always compliments me, tells me how good I look (and I love this as I didn't feel good after Steve left while I was pregnant) but he's never made a move.

What do you think? He seems an alright bloke?

Am I wasting my time with him, or could there be something between us? I don't want a quick fling, I want a long term thing you know.

I am no fruitcake though. I have A levels, including one in English :)

I wondered if he might be gay? Do you think I should ask him?

He used to work in clothing, and also with cars. I don't want to give his name as that would not be fair. I did just text him though, to see if he minded his photo here (I didn't tell him the site, or of my dilemma) and he laughed :) He laughed so much, I love that laugh :)

But anyway, he said 'go ahead, bella, show me to your friends'

Juliet - I hate to think I may have hurt your feelings, so I'm going to fuck off now, as I still believe you're either completely delusional or very bored and a bit rubbish at lying (cabbageroses, an A?? Surely a B- at best with a "must try harder" footnote? :o ) In future if you're going to post pictures of a supposed potential love interest, I would suggest you use a personal pic instead of one lifted from an easily accessible website.

mrSOAK he just rang me.

It's true, he's married :(

He says I am a beautiful woman and I am right, we have a spiritual connection, he says there is something special between us. He says ever since our eyes met over that meat feast in the pizzeria, he knew we had this connection.

But he says it cannot be :( He says he has a child too, and that is why he gets on so well with Georgia, but that his love for his child will make him stay with his wife.

I am so hurt :( I have been such a fool!

He says we can stay friends though. I don't know what to do?
