Hello, i just wanted to share this link, because many of us seem to deal with this.

thanks to mumsnet i know about gaslighting, and i am not sure how this Wolf in Sheeps clothing type of behaviour fits in, but it is certainly applying to me in my situation right now.

a new word for me covert agressive behaviour

anyway, i thought if this helps anyone, or my link takes you to explore further, it's a good tool. x

Ive got that book and its quite good , as is Controlling People , i cant remember the author off hand , but its similar.

I bought it along with Why Does He Do That? It's good. I expected to see XH in it but actually saw various other people from the past (a couple of managers in particular). I so wish I had read it about 30 years ago, except it hadn't been written then!
