How do you choose which one of the list on the website to call? And any recommendations for south Suffolk area? Thank you.

Hello Asking. DH and I have used Relate in a different county and we didn't get to choose which counsellor we saw. We just rang the main office number and took the first available appointment they could offer. They did tell us in our initial consultation though that if we really didn't like the one we ended up with, we could request to change.

I hope that helps?

Perhaps start at the top of the list and ask for an informal chat on the phone?

You're welcome. It was some years ago now that we used Relate but I have to say they were excellent and we didn't need to switch counsellors. Helped a great deal. Actually, we're considering going back to them again as we're going through another "rough patch" and we have kids now so there's even more reason to try and save the marriage.

Good luck.
