I liked (well I didn't like, but you know what I mean) how he'd started up a site using her name, but said nobody could reasonably object to that since there was nothing to identify it as being about her, there are lots of other people with that name. I did actually laugh out loud at that, though I accept it is not at all funny.

I should be grateful that XH doesn't know how to use the internet.

WHat is really depressing, is the number of mysogynist postings underneath saying that it's a police state to send him to prison.

So basically, women are supposed to just put up with this shit.

I also feel very worried that he is not going to have any psychological help to stop him doing this in future. Everything we know about nutters like this, says that they escalate their behaviour; what steps are being taken to ensure that when he is released from prison, this woman is protected from any predictable escalation of his harassment?

I agree about the comments. Clearly the men who are gurgling on about free speech would feel very different if their sister/mother/daughter were being treated to a character assassination of this level.

After reading the blog, this man is clearly very disturbed, I'm actually surprised he hasn't been sectioned TBH, and his hatred and paranoia is not only limited to women. The bloke who clocked him one was also named, addressed and treated to his own special sidebar.

Seriously, is prison the best place for this man, who is so clearly suffering from delusional, dangerous thoughts? and really, is this the best thing for this to have been reported and for his blog to still be active FFS? that poor woman, in fact, those poor women; those poor people named in this blog and there for public consumption.

Free speech has never included the right to slag other people off to the extent this dickhead does. If you badmouth someone in the pub or over the phone in this fashion you can be busted for it. So the free-speech advocates are talking crap about it being censorship of the net...
