domestic violence to a child

I divorced my ex on grounds of domestic violence. He is now hitting our son and there have been many incidents, he is also stalking me. He has not been convicted of anything. He is now going for sole residence for the second time and social services have got involved, and made it a lot worse. I complained about social worker because she put information which I proved was untrue to her but she put it into court, and when I complained about her breaking the safeguarding children guidelines she called me mad and put that into court too. Police report came out and it shows she broke the safeguarding children guidelines. I have just had my 30th day in court in four and a half years. It now looks like my ex will probably get custody. Any advice or help out there I have no help at the moment.
Love to all you Mums out there!

I can't help I'm afraid but didn't want to leave you unanswered. I'm really sorry about your situation and I hope some one comes along who can help you soon. Hugs for you.

On what grounds is he likely to gain residency??

Have you got any real life support? Women's Aid can give advice and help you find a solicitor if you need one.

It seems really strange that your ex would get residency under these circumstances.

is there a profressional you trust like your GP? of health visitor? you need someone who can advocate for you.
is your son old enough to be a good witness and say what has happened?
get a solicitor.
