met someone through the dreaded dating website last year. Lots of text and phone contact and we met up once and he seemed keen. He didn't make a lot suggestion about meeting up again but always kept in contact and I got fed-up waiting and called a halt to the contact. felt that if he was interested, he'd buck his ideas up. He didn't contact again after i tried to explain why I couldn't see the point in continuing. heard from him on christmas day, exchanged nice texts, then nothing. the awful thing is I have thought about him every day and on Monday, i woke up, fed up and I made a decision to put him out of my mind once and for all and low and behold, that night he texted me, first time in over a month. we started flirty texts again and now he has gone quiet again. am i wasting my time or does it all mean something that is completely beyond my comprehension?? Help please!

Sounds like he is playing games....might he be married do you think ?

mummymunter · 02/02/2011 21:55

hiya blondegirl - he's not married. our children know each other and we live near each other. i think we are both scared of getting hurt again but for heavens sake, it's not marriage, it's just dating! I'll never understand men and I think I'll stay single....

You're wasting your time. He is either seeing someone else or he's just not that into you. sorry

thank you itsosoquiet - the truth can be brutal but your words have made me sit up and take notice. I'll put him out of my head and if he contacts me again, I'll tell him where to go. thank you
