Hello,

I am not sure if anybody remembers me, I thought I would give a quick update on my situation to encourage anybody thinking of leaving an unhappy relationship or dreading single motherhood.

One year ago my life was very stressfull, complicated with a emotionally abusive ex, online dating complications and solicitors.

One year later I have an absolutely lovely boyfriend/partner who treats me like a princess, who adores my daughter (and vice versa) and who makes me cry from happiness. Even my ex respects him ; )

I met him on a hiking trip, he courted/chased me for two months, my friends think he is lovely and I have never been so happy.

So if you are dreading single motherhood, it really is not bad, I have not been this happy in a long, long time.

Wahoo!! I am really pleased for you Smile and you are a shining example to all those who really need to leave a relationship but can't quite bring themselves to do it (yes, Worthless I am talking about you here!).

New DP sounds fab, so go and enjoy! Wink

New DP is fabulous, he is taking me and little on holiday to Tuscany this summer, helps to re-decorate the house and there is nothing that fazes him.

Sometimes I ask myself if he is for real, it is so nice to be treated like a lady. It is the small things that count like breakfast in bed when I have had a hard week, sorting out a builder when the roofs leaks and bringing me DVD's when I had the flu.
