I wonder if AF is as outspoken in RL as she is here. I sometimes imagine SGB and AF as tweedy linrarians who get a kick out of being " provocative and sensational" on a forum in a way they are never in RL.

So AF tell us bit about yourself then......

I like AF, she was the first person I really 'talked' to on here.

AF is funny, to the point and utterly consistent. I especially admire that she is as uncompromising with female posters, as she is with males. However, she is utterly magnanimous if she has needed to reflect on her position, says sorry if she gets something wrong and most of all, has a heart of absolute gold. She genuinely cares about posters. Straightforward people like AF are the gems in life and we are very lucky to have her.

I was channeling AnyFucker yesterday while talking to a friend about her DH (deadbeat husband)

I was impressed with myself!

AF is fab. I lurk on relationships and her advice is always consistent, honest and very upfront. She doesn't balk at saying things that the poster probably won't want to hear but everything she says is said with enormous empathy and insight.

Without WWIFN and AF the people posting in Relationships would not receive such good, calm, rational advice.

I was meaning to post to AF recently about her fab posts but you all beat me to it. Always lurk and I don't even have to read the posts identitiy to pick out that it's AF. Makes me chuckle but very honest and no messing. Look forward to more.......

I've namechanged several times now so she won't know who I am but she was immensely straight talking and no nonsense to me a year almost to the day ago.

Exactly what I needed along with the sympathy and tissues.

When my DH was posting pretending to be a wronged wife AF told him to tell me to Fuck off and when I got there to Fuck off again!

He never had the guts to do that, but I did, and AF was right it was time for me to go.
