has anyone got any ideas how to cope with pnd 2 years after ds birth without medication ?

Sorry keysbabe I'm currently on meds and waiting a refferal, my ds2 is now 15mths.
My friend however is taking Bach herbal and swears by it she is even dancing around the house and I must say she does look a hell of a lot better.
Still not tried it myself though.
