Mine would be seeing my DP come in before 8:45 and not smelling of beer.

... what can I say? I'm easily pleased.

baby sitter booked, night out at a nice little local resturant.

Or a trip to the cinema and smuggle in a pizza! Devels that we are!!!

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 25/09/2005 21:07

no kids, jsut me and dh snuggled up in front of a dvd and an early night !!!

FairyMum · 25/09/2005 21:10

At the moment - night out with the girls, dinner with lots of wine and chat chat chat in nice pub (where you can sit. Too old to stand).
At other time - a nice hot bath, watch The Bill and early night with DH.

crazydazy · 25/09/2005 22:15

A night out with DP with the kids sleeping out all night so we can stay out for as long as we want and stay in bed for as long as we want!!!

Janbo25 · 26/09/2005 08:14

we're hoping to have a perfect night next weekend, for our wedding anniversary, ds is staying at mil's so me and dh are going off to the cinema around teatime and then going for a nice meal afterwards and then will retire home for an early night and a long morning!

Shades1 · 26/09/2005 19:01

I have a number of versions:

kids in bed, nice meal, wine, bath, snuggle with DH and a film, then early night - switch between vamp and comfy PJ's depending upon my mood

full family tea, all in PJ's, kids film all snuggled on settee

DH out, kids bathed and in PJ's and CSI in bed

hair done, killer outfit - girls night out

hair done, killer outfit - night out with DH

not necessarlily in that order, depends on my mood.

I'd warm up with a couple of Jack Daniels and a couple of grams, then I'd go and see my boyfriend's band play, get twatted, have my photograph taken lots with my knowing and once or twice without, go back to some swanky pad with my A list friends and indulge in a bit of hanky panky, then on to some posh hotel where we'd trash the room and run up a bar bill of thousands of pounds and then, finally, I'd retire to my country retreat and forget to put my fag out in an ashtray and use some antique instead.

Sorry, what am I thinking of? I must have been having a supermodel moment...

Babysitter (or, even better, ds at grandparents), good wine, good company and great Japanese meal (with vast quantities of Sake). Then home to pass out on the sofa. Bit dull really.

pjsmum · 26/09/2005 19:27

was going to add mine but laughing too much at Willow2
Actually mine would be dd with sister, fabulously slimming outfit, out on the town with dp (or mates as he'd probably be working) looking fantastic Get pissed (take about an hour cos i'm useless at drinking) kebab or other nasty 'food' at 2am, bed wake up hungover to hell but no dd!! sleep forever!

WideWebWitch · 26/09/2005 19:34

MascaraOHara, you are easily pleased! Ha ha at Willow2! We are having our near perfect day, not night, next week. Both kids will be at school or nursery from 9am, so all day so dp and I are going to go to the cinema in the morning, followed by a boozy lunch, followed by the afternoon in bed, followed by collecting both children for ds's birthday tea with crumpets, cake and Champagne. I can't wait.

marthamoo · 26/09/2005 19:36

Does dh have to be there?

Pmsl @ Willow.
