I also took it to mean "choking", like maybe she started choking at a meal and he did nothing, then she managed to help herself but is now very hurt at his lack of reaction to her distress.

It's entirely possible that she posted while feeling quite down and in need of support, made a typing or spelling error in the thread title, and is now avoiding the thread because she doesn't feel like responding to a bunch of people who are taking the piss out of her and calling her weird.

Can't say I would blame her.
