recommend spware to read text messages?

this is not for me!!! but a close family member wants to know if her H cheated, and we said we'd look. god knows if (a) they work , and even if it does fuck knows what she will find out. But after weeks of begging and sobbing, I said I'd have a look

It is, of course, illegal to do this. It is possible if the H has a smartphone such as an iPhone or similar and there are a number of people providing commercial spyware. However, if it is an ordinary mobile it is not possible as far as I am aware.

There is some sort of sim card attachment that allows you to read the last 50 or so texts that have been deleted from the phone, so if she can get hold of his phone she would be able to read them, if you google it something should come up.

Look at download.com for software, but you'll need a sim card reader (like a usb stick that the card goes into)
